The Constantine Andreou Archive has identified a marketplace record for Momie Darling (1997), a sculpture described as a signed, unique work in gilded brass. The listing gives its dimensions as 173 cm high, 39 cm wide and 21 cm deep.
A corresponding description appears in Gazette Drouot’s catalogue listing for the auction of 4 August 2024, where the sculpture is recorded as lot 143. The title, date, material and dimensions agree with the 1stDibs listing, suggesting that the two records concern the same work.
These references contribute to the documentation of Andreou’s sculpture beyond the family collection. The correspondence between these published descriptions does not establish the work’s complete provenance.
The Archive recorded the marketplace reference on 6 September 2026. Its original listing date and current availability have not been confirmed.
