Oeil de la terre
Round brass eye with a broad smooth outer rim, square apertures and an interior vertical disc. Reproduced in Andreou: Sculpture; Bas-reliefs en couleurs (Bastas Editions, 1999) as Oeil de la terre (Μάτι της γης), dated 1989. The book’s French and Greek technical note describes its sculptures and bas-reliefs as unique works in welded brass.
