Oeil de la terre
Circular brass eye formed from deep concentric perforated rings around an off-centre opening. Reproduced in Andreou: Sculpture; Bas-reliefs en couleurs (Bastas Editions, 1999) as Oeil de la terre (Μάτι της γης), dated 1989. The book’s French and Greek technical note describes its sculptures and bas-reliefs as unique works in welded brass.
